I found out a way how to beat the 1 year you have to wait to do another license transfer.
**PLEASE NOTE THIS TUTORIAL MAY TAKE A WHILE OF YOUR TIME**
In case you didnt know, the license transfer is very useful for sharing DLC with your friends. The downside is that you can only do 1 license transfer every year.
What you need:
-The email address, name, and information on the account of the friend whos giving you the free DLC.
-The ability to "stretch the truth" without being so obvious.
Alright, lets get to it, and good luck.
1.The first thing you'll need to do is call Xbox.
The number for the support line is 1800-4MY-XBOX, or 1800-469-9269
Get to the live deparment, and tell them you need to do a manual license transfer.
2. When they ask you to explain your situation, tell them this:
a. You need to do a manual license transfer.
b. They will tell you they are not allowed to due to security purposes.
c. Tell them you KNOW they can do it for you and that they are just trying to get away from it.
d. They'll ask you how you know of this information and this is where your story comes in.
3. Say that you had one Xbox, Box A, and it broke, so you bought another one, Box B.
You did the license transfer from Box A to Box B, and then soon, Box B broke. Since the reason it broke wasn't covered by warranty, you had to buy yet again, another Xbox. Box C, so you've called in with this situation before, and they tried to do a manual license transfer, but the specialists didn't have enough information to go through with it, so your calling back.
a. They'll say that you need to just wait it out until you can redo it. Say " So what you're telling me is that I need to wait *place amount of months here* to get all my content back, or, I need to re-buy all my content.
b. They should then place you on hold, then transfer you up. [If they don't transfer you up, then ask to be transferred up to their supervisor.]
c. Once you get up to their supervisor, you have to re explain the whole story again.
Say that you had one Xbox, Box A, and it broke, so you bought another one, Box B.
You did the license transfer from Box A to Box B, and then soon, Box B broke. Since the reason it broke wasn't covered by warranty, you had to buy yet again, another Xbox.
